Where exactly is Lagonisi Luxurious Residence located? 
It is located on Leof. Kalyvion 49 in Lagonisi, 250 meters from the sea and the coordinates are 37.79147, 23.88854.
You can book our residences either through the popular booking platforms or directly through the special booking form on our website. You can also either email us at info@lagonisiluxuriousresidence.com or call us at 306932755300.
• Cancellation Policy - Non-refundable rate: Applies to reservations made either 120 days before the arrival date or for stays longer than 10 nights. Full prepayment is required on both 2 cases.
• Cancellation Policy - Flexible rate: The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price. In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
We do not accept credit cards. If you wish to use a credit card, the reservation must be made through the booking platforms. Alternatively, payment can be made either by bank transfer or by cash.

Smoking is prohibited in the houses. You may smoke in the outdoor areas taking all precautions to avoid fire in the garden or damaging any furniture.
The nearest beach is 250 meters away.
Each house may be used by a specific number of guests. In the case of Ruby’s villa, there is an extra charge for more than 4 persons. For Nelly’s house there is an extra charge for more than 2 persons.
There is an initial cleaning charge of 90 euro for Ruby's Pool Villa and 50 euro for Nelly’s house. If you wish additional maid service we can arrange it upon request.
